WE23 will take place October 26-28, 2023, in Los Angeles, California, at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The WE23 Career Fair will be held October 26-27, 2023. Please log in at our housing site to see available hotels, dates, rates, and general information about each property.
Please note that onPeak is the official housing partner of WE23. onPeak has been assigned by SWE, and onPeak representatives will be available pre-conference and onsite to assist attendees. SWE cannot guarantee room rates or availability by any company or representative other than onPeak. We ask that WE23 attendees not book outside our housing block, as it may result in penalties to SWE.
General Information:
- There are no hotels directly connected to the Los Angeles Convention Center.
- JW Marriott Live L.A. Hotel is the Headquarter hotel.
- Most of the properties are walkable to the Convention Center.
- If a property is sold out, please continue to check back, as the status changes often.
- Hotels may have a limited number of rooms.
- You may secure small numbers of rooms through individual reservations (less than 10) or request a block of rooms (10 or more) through the link.
You must provide a credit card; however, it will not be charged until after the names are finalized.
