SWE is aware and understands that WE23 attendees and exhibitors may be contacted by outside companies attempting to sell you exhibitor services, lead retrieval, hotel reservations, attendee lists, or more for the upcoming SWE WE23 Annual Conference.
Please rest assured, we never sell our exhibitors’ or attendees’ contact information – in fact, we follow strict data privacy regulations.
Instead, these third-party companies will scrape event websites for exhibiting companies and research contact information to present themselves as show partners – some may even use the SWE logo or claim to work at SWE. SWE, its employees, and any partner hotel will never call you to make a hotel reservation, sell your information, or ask you to purchase information about WE23 attendees.

Official Virtual Registration Partner: All virtual registration services are provided by vFairs. Contact membership@swe.org for questions regarding your virtual registration.
Official Housing Partner: Please note that onPeak is the official housing partner of WE23. onPeak has been assigned by SWE, and onPeak representatives will be available pre-conference and onsite to assist attendees. SWE cannot guarantee room rates or availability by any company or representative other than onPeak. We ask that WE23 attendees not book outside our housing block, as it may result in penalties to SWE.
